The hotel is set in a beautiful garden, providing a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle, which was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are spacious, and the service, although kind, did not entirely match the level of a 5-star hotel. Dining offered basic Thai food options, and the location lived up to our expectations, making it a great place for families to enjoy both sunny and cloudy days.
The hotel didn't quite meet the 5-star standard we expected, especially after staying at the Marriott in Bangkok. The room was spacious but split into two areas, with a bedroom and a dressing room leading to the bathroom. However, it was very clean with an enormous bed, outdoor bath, and huge shower room, making it quite comfortable during our 10-day stay.
Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations with the biggest bed ever in the room and a beautiful and decent-sized private pool and outdoor area. However, we did encounter very aggressive mosquitos during our stay.
Paying extra for a third person was worth it as the rooms were impressive, exceeding our expectations with great showers and beautiful spa baths. The service, although not at a 5-star level, was made exceptional by the charming poolside staff. The location, while slightly isolated, offered stunning gardens and ponds to explore, with some room for improvement in providing information for outings. The dining experience was top-notch with a wide selection, especially during happy hour. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic amenities and services.
The hotel is a fantastic space for relaxation. The rooms are large, well-equipped, and offer various entertainment options like a pool table, foosball, computer access, and a library with a DVD selection. The pool and beach area are perfect for unwinding, although some TLC is needed. Service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond to assist. Dining options are varied and satisfying. Overall, a great place for family and friends to enjoy sunny days and cozy evenings.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautifully presented with great attention to detail and personalization, making me feel right at home. The service was exceptional; the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was stunning, though a little bit far from the main road. The dining options, while amazing and of great quality, could use a few more vegetarian choices. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent value for money.
